Youth Pastor at Leatherhead Parish Church

Since revitalisation in 2022, LPC has grown to 350+ across three Sunday services, 170 in groups, and large number of guests on Alpha this year and a thriving rising generation ministry.

We’re looking for a passionate follower of Jesus who is: 

• Passionate about young people and discipleship. 
• Able to communicate the Bible faithfully, clearly and engagingly. 
• Passionate about seeing young people come to faith and grow as disciples. 
• A gifted relationship builder who connects well with young people and families. 
• Pioneer creative ways to reach young people in the schools and the community with the gospel. 

This is a role with real opportunity to shape the future of a growing ministry, develop your own leadership, and help reach and release the youth in Leatherhead and beyond.
