Younger Generations Outreach Worker | Hope Church Hounslow

Working alongside the Younger Generations Lead and the wider Hope Church Hounslow team, the postholder will help develop and grow our children’s and youth ministry through outreach, discipleship, community engagement, school partnerships and events. The role is focused on creating opportunities for children and young people to connect with one another, engage with the church community and explore the Christian faith in relevant and accessible ways. The postholder will work collaboratively with staff, volunteers and community partners to support the vision and mission of Hope Church Hounslow.

• Role Title: Younger Generations Outreach Worker
• Hours: 21 hours per week; 11-month fixed term contract September 26 – July 27
• Reporting to: Younger Generations Lead
• Annual Leave: term-time contract – 5 weeks paid leave plus 8 weeks unpaid leave to be taken in line with Hounslow Council’s term dates. Pro rota.
