We are particularly interested in candidates with a specialism in missiology who are able to teach across a wide range of subjects within this field, such as, but not limited to, mission, apologetics, evangelism, interfaith, church planting, and ecclesiology.

Job Requirements & Benefits:

- The employer will be St Paul’s Theological College, a constituent part of St Mellitus College.
- Five weeks’ holiday per annum (pro rata): please note term times, holidays will usually be granted around these and/or half-terms. The holiday year runs January-December
- The post will based at our London Teaching Centre (SW5 0LX). The primary teaching days for this centre are Monday daytimes and Tuesday evenings. Evening and weekend availability and some travel required in order to deliver teaching and formational work with students and attendance at in-person staff gatherings. Such requirements will be communicated in good time in order to enable appropriate arrangements to be put in place as needed.
- There is a 4-month probationary period. For this position it is a requirement that the role holder is a Christian.
- Salary: If ordained, salary will be provided according to the Church of England Lichfield scale for theological educators If non-ordained, the starting salary will be in the region of £43-47K (pro-rata) depending on experience.
