Registry Administrator

This role is responsible for administrative support for student academic activities within the national College as part of the Registry (Academic Administration) team.

KEY TASKS

Supporting Academic Student Services

This role provides a range of support covering aspects of the student life cycle, encompassing introductory level courses, such as Beginning Theology, unaccredited pathways, and the university-validated undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

Assessment

Working alongside the Academic Coordinator on student assessment tasks, e.g., enrolling students on modules, receiving coursework via Moodle, marker set-up, collating assessment statistics, etc

Academic Administration

Administrative support and accurate, reliable and skilled note taker for academic committees, including: Helping compile agenda and papers and acting as Minute Secretary for Academic Working Group (AWG), including monitoring progress on action plans as relevant

Registry Office

Having a working understanding of all aspects of the Registry and Academic Support Office, working collaboratively and with the willingness and ability to assist with all student queries or aid fellow Registry team members with tasks as the need arises, as part of the shared function of the Registry Office


*The post will based at our London Centre (SW5 0LX) and while the contractual workplace will be at the St Mellitus College teaching centre, staff are given the opportunity to deliver their roles through a combination of onsite and remote working on an informal arrangement with a minimum of two days per week in the office.

*Interviews are in-person at St Mellitus College London, SW5 0LX.
