Programmes and Events Administrator

This post will provide administrative and logistical support for residential training, mid-week programmes and teaching weeks, assisting academic and support staff in delivering smooth operations.

Key Tasks

Residentials | Facilitating the smooth delivery of residentials, including:

  • Liaising with CCT Conference Centre with event requirements for weekends
  • Allocating student accommodation and final details, including invoicing

Teaching Weeks | Support the London Officer in the running of Teaching Weeks each year, including: 

  • Organising catering, staff roles, and speakers.
  • Liaising with various support departments (vergers, production, maintenance, worship, technical, reception) to ensure the rooms are booked, set-ups are confirmed - including any chairs/tables/flip charts, technical equipment for teaching and recording, equipment for worship etc.
