The Revd. Lusa Nsenga-Ngoy is the first Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) Mission and Ministry Enabler for Leicester Diocese. Formally the Vicar of St Aidan’s Anglican Church in Gravesend, Kent, he is also a Trustee of Initiatives of Change, a global organisation working to inspire, equip and connect people to play their part in building a better society, Making Herstory, a charity working to end the abuse, enslavement and trafficking of women and girls in the UK and beyond, and was co-opted onto the Church Army board in 2018.
