The role supports the (London-based) Peter Stream Programme Lead and the Centre Director of SMC EM in the delivery of the Peter Stream in the East Midlands, supporting women and men during the period of their discernment and training. This is an opportunity to invest in remarkable leaders to help them navigate discernment and training in the Church of England, empower their stories of the Christian faith, and equip them to thrive. As Formation Group Tutor, this role offers an exciting opportunity for vital pastoral and formational work supporting and equipping future church leaders for healthy and lasting ministry. Subject to the skills and expertise of the successful candidate, the post also holds the potential to teach introductory, undergraduate, and postgraduate programmes at SMC EM.
