This post holder will also take responsibility for student record systems, Moodle (virtual learning environment), administrative support for student academic activities within the College and for the smooth delivery of programmes across four centres, ensuring that services are efficient, effective and adapt to changing circumstances and regulatory standards. The team works together under the Academic Registrar, developing systems and processes based on best practice and ensuring that University regulations and procedures are adhered to, and ensures a high-quality student experience. This is a busy and varied role which requires the post holder to communicate effectively and tactfully with students, academic staff and external stakeholders to ensure cooperation and compliance with milestones in the academic year. The post holder will also be in regular communication with the Academic Registrar, the Academic Administration (Registry) team members, academic and other College staff, students, regulatory bodies such as the Office for Students (OfS) and HESA, and the College’s accrediting university.
